U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT DESIGNATED HUD CAMPUS OF LEARNERS HARTFORD HOUSING AUTHORITY The Hartford Housing Authority Campus of Learners will be located at Charter Oak Terrace. The Housing Authority has key partnerships with Trinity College, Capital Community Technical College, A.I.Prince Vocational and Technical High School, and Mary Hooker Elementary School, all in an effort to bring education and job training to Charter Oak residents. Southern New England Telephone Company and the Warburton Church Head Start are also partnered with the Hartford Housing Authority Campus of Learners in this program to bring residents into self-sufficiency and employment |
