The Consortium Librarians meet several times a year to share best practices and to consider joint projects. Partly as a result of these discussions, three institutions (Capital Community College, Saint Joseph College and University of Hartford) applied for and received a Consortium grant in 2006. The new collaborative project will result in an online assessment regarding the web-based research skills of incoming freshmen.
