Carole is the current chairperson of Jubilee House Board of Trustees.  She tutors in the ESL program and teaches writing in the Esperanza Academic Center.  Carole was born and raised in Hartford and attended Saint Augustine School which is next to Jubilee House.  She received a BA in biology, with a minor in education, and a Masters in elementary education from Saint Joseph College in West Hartford, CT.  She was coordinator of the Quality and Diversity Programs at the Capitol Region Education Council before her retirement.  Carole is married to Joseph Mulready; they have three grown children and six granddaughters.
