HOW THE PROGRAM CAN HELP:
.....A young single mother of three preschoolers, unable to overcome the obstacles of finding a job, adequate child care and transportation and escaping an abusive relationship received the assistance she needed to move to a transitional living program. Now, with affordable rent and support services she is setting goals for the future of her family.

.....An isolated single woman struggling with emotional and physical illness, unable to work and unable to survive on her inadequate state income has made new connections with several agencies in her neighborhood. She now lives in a safe, subsidized apartment and receives the services she needs to improve her life.
