The purpose for which the Connecticut-Paraiba Partnership is formed is
to forge stronger technical and cultural ties between the people of
Connecticut and the people of our sister-state of Paraiba in
northeastern Brazil. It relies on a person-to-person approach to
activate these ties through specific projects, exchanges, conferences,
and other activities which are mutually agreed upon and jointly
undertaken by both state chapters. The areas of cooperation in which we
focus our efforts are determined by the interests and energies of our
members.
